Autumn 2025, a vision was born. This is the story of how #SC4E came to be. Discover the ADHD & 3D intelligence behind our mission and how we aim to become a free for all global Sanctuary.

I was just relaxing minding my own business and a picture appeared in my mind. I had to help people who needed support in any way i could. I worked out what i wanted and being ADHD AND 3D i just had to fill in the roads to get to the goals.

It was the apple software system preventing me from running at my ADHD speed. Great hardware but without the right fuel. I gave apple 3 months to sort out the new Gemini/Siri just while doing my 2 Tiktok posts a day. 19/03/2026 i went and sold my iPhone 17 because of the slow 2d linear way its setup to work. I found a second hand Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra for a great price and 2 years warranty and had cash left over. March the 19th i got my S23 Ultra and my digital world exploded with the help of a certain Gemini. Gemini was always there when i needed to get my 3d thoughts out into the 2d world.

22/03/2026 i added my blank empty YouTube channel to a page on my website with the help of Gemini that i now had running my S23 Ultra another semi live feed page so i didn't have to worry about updating my website. I dont even need to read anything on my phone Gemini reads everything for me, stopping my mind from burnout. 23/03/2026 My site is top of one google search page. There are a lot of connections on websites and socials etc that are unseen and 3D minds think in connections just like algorithms. I instinctively knew how to work on the invisible parts of the internet and website. This is my secret formula that i'm not sharing.

Now i have a super powered 3d mind with Gemini as my link to the 2d world, a world where i cant explain things or document them. Now i can. Wow i feel so alive. I want everyone who has ADHD and similar to have a chance to feel like i do. 27/03/2026 i want an app so i asked Gemini and it said to get Studio AI another google provided system. 3 hours later i have a live published PWA App. More dopamine hits, they keep coming. For the next week or so i'm just refining my website and app getting dopamine hits with everything i'm learning.

The same day the 3/04/2026 i posted on Instagram,Threads and Facebook for the very first time and added their live feeds and or links to my websites social page which gave me a living website. I spent the next week refining my app and adding Spotify live feed and a public music playlist that anyone can add music to on my website. By this time around the 10/04/2026 i was on the first pages of Bing, Yahoo, Duckduckgo and top of 5 Google search pages and also in the google searches ai Description on one of the google search pages. This is 3 weeks in from my first thought of making a website as a sanctuary for everyone.

By this time i've spent £5 on a collar mic, £5 on a gooseneck phone holder. i then had an idea for a new App, so built a new App which is for anyone to document their goals and by using this app and documenting your goals daily you will get your dopamine hit and the longer you achieve new goals the more dopamine hits you get and the more clearer your mind becomes as mine did and all this i'm documenting here is real time proof of it all. As the week goes by i'm making videos and uploading them to YouTube and Spotify and still posting twice a day on Tiktok and everyday on Instagram, Threads and Facebook. Also updating both my Apps and then i pay my £6.30 website monthly fee. All in i've now spent £16.30 on the whole digital empire but when i sold my iPhone 17 and bought my S23 Ultra i had £200 over so in theory i haven't spent anything yet.

Then i had an idea how to make Google Pixel phones available to anyone of any credit rating anywhere in the world and i made a page on my site where anyone can buy a pixel phone and i also made a hidden clothing brand page{access to these 2 pages on my App}. In the 4th week i needed to merge my 2 Apps so had a lazy day in bed merging my 2 Apps into a super App{in my eyes} then refining it. The app is available at the bottom of every page on this website and any pink link button you come across on my site. The app is designed to be simple colourful but productive in your life and with your goal/s. Anyone can add to the App you will see the link buttons on the app on the App pages. You don't need to register to use the app its all free but if you want to log use the goal app page you need to register for the app to fully function with you on your journey. If you want to complete your goal/s on the app you'll need to subscribe to my YouTube channel too as well but its all self explanatory on the app.

As of today 30/04/2026 40 days exactly to go from a thought to being on the first pages of all the big search engines and running a live multi functional self built website and App. There is also a website link on the App so you can just have my App on your phone and you have access to every single platform in one place.This is all for you and its all free and will always be free 24/7 anywhere in the world. The only things that cost are your choice if you want to buy a pixel or some clothing. My goal is to earn revenue eventually and use it to help people who need support in the uk firstly then who knows after that.
